When first looking for a storage facility I was focused on price and with Jennings being on the higher end I was a bit unsure I’d need to pay £50-70 more than other storage containers in the area. A quick phone call from Shannon and follow … More up email got me intrigued. Her words were “we are not like other storage facilities. We have security like no other. Our containers don’t condensate like others. You won’t be disappointed.”
After a quick visit I was greeted by Nathan who had noticed me coming in on the camera system. Nathan showed me around and confirmed to me Shannon was correct.
Great security, great clean containers that looked like new and a facility that was second to none.
I continued to use this container for a few months while moving house and can say this was by far the best choice. Great facility and great staff.

I used Jennings to store the contents of my house between the sale and purchase of two properties. Having completely underestimated how much stuff I have, I realised on the day of the move that the unit I'd reserved wasn't going … More to be big enough. The Team at Jennings arranged an upgrade with no fuss and it was really and waiting for me when I arrived onsite with my removal team.
The site is extremely secure with three different barriers requiring a combination of codes (which change monthly) and a QR code/pin combination which is unique to each customer. I went to my unit on several different evenings as well as during office hours and always felt safe. My things were stored securely and the team were always on hand to answer any questions.
Reasonably priced with great service – I'd highly recommend this company. -

Really great storage company – not just in terms of the secure, dry storage they offer – but in the service. The people who run this place are lovely, helpful and go above and beyond (eg taking deliveries for you; helping coordinate items … More being picked up etc). Been with them for years and wholeheartedly recommended them. They have coordinated, received and onward sent extraordinarily tricky items including a grand piano, including loading it on a truck bound for France. Nothing they can't do!

I went to Jennings as I liked the idea of being able to drive right up to our unit, to load or unload. I’m disabled, and it made things a lot easier not having to get my wheelchair out and use lifts etc. It was the best decision we could … More have made, I was able to sit in the car whilst my brother loaded or unloaded items, and I could see what was in there, and select what I needed. The service we got was 110%, to make things easier at sign up, they emailed us any forms in advance, so I could complete and return them, then on the day it was all very quick. Everything always felt very secure, both our unit and the site, and the staff were always pleased to help. I highly recommend them, and will be returning if we need storage in future. I have recently used Jennings Containers and Storage for the second time when moving home. The first time I used them I was getting married abroad 5 days after the move. They helped to make the move stress free so I could focus completely … More on my wedding. They were friendly, professional and really went the extra mile to ensure that moving day went smoothly and our things arrived safely at our new home after our honeymoon. I was so happy with the service and pricing, that I have been keeping a permanent container with them since then – to keep furniture not needed in fully furnished lodgings. But I look forward to seeing them again next month when my belongings come back out of storage and into our next new new house. Five star service!
