The process couldn’t be simpler. Just give us a call and we’ll talk through your requirements. Once we’re agreed the size of container you need and whether you want to purchase or hire, we’ll arrange for the container to be delivered at a time and place to suit you. It’s as simple as that!

We work closely with a wide range of partners across the country to work to your deadlines and not our own. The result – rapid turnaround and great value delivery.

Our shipping containers are wind and watertight, come with a lockbox for added security and multiple air vents to help prevent condensation. And unlike our competitors, all our containers for sale are brand new.

WE offer a range of additional container accessories that improve security, access, and storage capacity. We can also provide condensation control to make your container more watertight.

Whether you need a container for a short or long period of time, hiring one is a great option if you’re looking for a flexible and cost-effective storage solution. However, occasionally it does make more sense to buy one, for example, if you plan to convert it into a container office in your garden.

If you are not sure whether it would be better to buy or rent a storage unit or what container size you need, our experienced friendly team can help advise you.

All our New Build Containers (often called a Once Used), are manufactured from Corten Steel, a corrosion-resistant steel, and painted using high-quality shipping approved paint. This means under normal European weather conditions; they have a lifespan of at least 20 years.

All our shopping containers are wind and watertight and feature:

Sidewall ventilation to reduce the risk of condensation build-up
Fitted LockBox which can accommodate a CISA Shutter Padlock to provide an extra level of security by preventing forced entry through jimmying the CISA padlock.
Door handles at a sensible height so the storage containers can be used standing on the ground.
Sustainable eco-friendly bamboo floors.

Most of our shipping containers are green, but we can also offer them in blue or grey, just let us know which colour you would prefer.

Working closely with our trusted delivery partners, we specialise in the delivery and installation of our comprehensive range of containers and cabins to locations across the whole of the United Kingdom.

Our partner’s fleet has a range of different size self-loading shipping container lorries, well-equipped with HIAB cranes to deliver containers in most locations. So, whether you are hiring a shipping container for your business, buying one to use as an office in your back garden or need road haulage to a major port, we’ll have you sorted in no time.

Our trusted partners are also FORS registered operators (bronze or above) and, if required, can arrange for specialist transport to and from sites including those sites which require FORS ratings of silver or above.

Typical lead-times for deliveries, assuming the right shipping containers are in stock, are within 72 hours.

If you have an exact delivery date, please give as much notice as possible as it helps ensure we are more likely to meet your target day. And bear in mind, many sites and major ports ask for deliveries at the beginning of the week so if you need a Monday or Tuesday, you will probably need to give more notice.

We’ll give you a delivery slot of the morning or afternoon prior to the delivery and then a call on the day of your delivery with an estimated time of arrival.
And for your peace of mind, the drivers will ensure that all doors and apertures open correctly before leaving site.

Absorpole is based on the proven ability of calcium chloride to aggressively remove moisture from the air. It is designed to stop moisture damage from condensation in shipping containers or storage containers.

It is easy to use and is designed to hang within the corrugated recess of the container wall. Its flush fitting means minimal space is occupied and accidental damage from forklifts during stuffing and un-stuffing is avoided.

Absorpole is activated once it is pulled out of its container. The calcium chloride, at the top of the pole, immediately starts to absorb moisture from the surrounding air. The desiccant material gradually dissolves into brine which is captured in a collector. Once captured, the moisture will not re-evaporate into the air.

Performance The absorption characteristics of calcium chloride provide Absorpole with a superior absorption capacity, even at low humidity levels, and the ability to effectively protect cargo throughout the entire voyage, or for several months when used in static containers.

Generally, 4 – 6 poles are required for 20-foot containers and 6 – 8 poles for 40-foot containers. The number may vary depending on the length of the voyage, the range of temperatures encountered and the type of cargo protected.

For static use: just 2 are needed.

Absorpole is made only of PE/PP plastics and salt, which are non-toxic and recyclable. Absorpole is a one-use product and can be disposed with regular waste.
