What is the door opening size of a standard shipping container?

The standard door opening of a 20ft or 40ft shipping container is approximately 2.34m wide x 2.28m high. High-cube containers have a taller door opening of approximately 2.56m. These dimensions are important when planning the loading of large items of equipment or vehicles.
